Let's get on into it sometimes we're on a time crunch and don't have time to wash your hair after our workout, in that case, Toni & Guy dry shampoo is your best friend for revitalizing and refreshing your locks but there is actually a trick to applying it for the best result I know it seems weird but spray your hair with it while it's still in your ponytail and then massage it in that way you're targeting all of your sweatiest areas as opposed to just spraying it wherever and guessing Toni & Guy dry shampoo removes oil and odor leaving your hair with added volume which is always a plus after your workout just brush it out and you're ready to rock your hair however you like.

2.Bobby Pins Storage Hacks

5.Music Hack

 Also amazing a music tip for you guys when you're working out is to search playlists that fit whatever workout you're doing if you're on the treadmill find a cardio playlist it'll match your tempo and keep you motivated you can also find slower playlists when you're doing yoga or stretching.

6.Red Face Hack

 If you ever get super red in the face after your workout a hack for you guys is to use a cucumber facial light it will cool down your flush face in no time and removes excess makeup and smells really good I'm using the yes to carrots cucumber facial wipe and I was so pumped this works so well because I've always had the reddest face ever whenever I work out and I just patted this on my face you can rub it if you're removing makeup and within a minute or so your face should cool down.

7.Shower Hack

 When you do have time to shower but you don't have much space in your gym bag get these travel size containers for your products I'm pouring my Toni & Guy damage repair shampoo and conditioner into these small bottles these products help repair damage and enhance shine which is great after my workout you can also use an extra contact case or smaller containers that you can just refill whenever you need and that way you can save extra space and wait in your gym bag.

8.Sit-Ups Hack

 When you're doing sit-ups it's really easy to strain your neck and be really painful but if you place your tongue on the roof of your mouth when you're doing situps it will actually stop you from straining your neck it's really weird but it actually works so make sure to try it next time.

 A hair tip for you guys braids or bunch ponytails are the best protective choices when exercising they keep stray hairs out of your face and won't pull hard on your scalp like a normal pony and just because you're at the gym doesn't mean you have to have boring hair I love to style my hair in this bunch ponytail for a bold take on the boring Pony it's actually quicker than braiding and it won't get in your face then I'll add the toe neon guy medium-hold hairspray to give extra hold plus it's anti-static and anti-humidity protection will keep your hair from frizzing during the most intensive workout sessions I love it because it doesn't make my hair stiff but will still hold it all in place and you can easily rock this look after your workout too because let's face it it's adorable.

 A lot of times we wonder why we aren't seeing optimal results but when you work out has different benefits.

 A run cardio sesh in the morning before breakfast is actually really great for weight loss fasted cardio is the thing you guys can look it up but I still prefer having breakfast before I get moving.

 A mid-afternoon workout helps improve your speed and endurance if that's more up your alley.
